Flowc is free software, but guaranted support is not free. There are some options available for commercial support:
- Installation and configuration flowc for traffic accounting - $100
- Installation and configuration flowc for ISP billing (avarage complexity*) - $200
- Installation and configuration flowc for ISP billing (high complexity*) - $300
- Porting to others (non Linux/FreeBSD) operation systems - $300
- Support non MySQL RDBMS - $300
- Adding extra features and tools - $200
- Additional 3 months of flowc support - $100
- 3 days training** for two persons - $200
* Billing complexity depends of many factors: routers, customers, tarrif models numbers, network topology, billing strategy, etc.
** Training includes theoretical and practical parts. Training occures at Cisco Regional Network Academy.
Installation and configuration flowc begins after full or partial (50%) advance payment.
Prices mentioned above not includes taxes, banking services or other in favour of state or third persons overheads.
